Includes more than 280 full-text/image journals in nursing and allied health, 1988 to the present.

Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition from EBSCOhost
Provides nearly 520 scholarly full text journals focusing on nursing, allied health fields, and many medical disciplines. Includes Stedman's Medical Dictionary.

MEDLINE with Full Text from EBSCOhost
Created by the National Library of Medicine, Medline is the premiere medical database. Ebsco's version includes full text for nearly 1,200 of the 5,264 journals indexed in MEDLINE. Search results can be limited by type of research, reviews, and case reports when using the Advanced Search mode.
MEDLINE can also be searched in the NLM's PubMed database which includes "in-process" records for articles that have not yet been entered into MEDLINE. PubMed also covers a broader range of journals, but does not provide full text articles as Ebsco access does.

Merck manuals provide detailed information on virtually all disorders, complete with discussion of symptoms and current therapy.
