MEDLINE with Full Text from EBSCOhost
Created by the National Library of Medicine, MEDLINE is the premiere medical database. Ebsco's version includes full text for nearly 1,200 of the 5,246 journals indexed in MEDLINE--dating back to 1966. Search results can be limited to type of research as well as reviews or case reports when using the Advanced Search mode. Ebsco access also provides the MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) Thesaurus for locating proper seach terms such as Radiology, Radiography, Radiation Oncology, Radiologic Health, Technology-Radiologic.
MEDLINE can also be searched in the NLM's PubMed database which includes "in-process" records for articles that have not yet been entered into MEDLINE. PubMed also covers a broader range of journals, but does not provide full text articles as Ebsco access does.

Evidence Based Medicine from from OVID
Set of databases providing full text summaries of medical research. Covers screening, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention. There are no designated subject headings, so limit your search to the title or abstract fields to avoid retrieving irrelevant items. For example, radiology.ti retrieves only those items having the word radiology in their titles; radiology.ab targets the abstract field. Select EBM Reviews Full Text-Cochrane DSR, ACP Journal Club, & DARE from the main menu to search these databases simultaneously.
