CINAHL from EBSCOhost
Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature includes Physical Therapy among its allied health professions. CINAHL covers 1,835 nursing and allied health journals and other selected biomedical journals. PEDro from Centre for Evidence-Based Physiotherapy (CEBP)
PEDro is a free database of evidence relevant to physiotherapy. It contains citations of over 5,500 randomised controlled trials, systematic reviews and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. Where possible, abstracts and links to full-text versions of the documents are also provided.

MEDLINE with Full Text from EBSCOhost
Created by the National Library of Medicine, Medline is the premiere medical database. Ebsco's version includes full text for nearly 1,200 of the 5,264 journals indexed in MEDLINE. Search results can be limited by type of research, reviews, and case reports when using the Advanced Search mode.
MEDLINE can also be searched in the NLM's PubMed database which includes "in-process" records for articles that have not yet been entered into MEDLINE. PubMed also covers a broader range of journals, but does not provide full text articles as Ebsco access does.

HealthSource Nursing/Academic Edition from EBSCOhost
Covers nearly 850 journals from many medical disciplines and provides links to full text articles from nearly 600 scholarly journals. To include alternative & holistic sources in your search, select AltHealth Watch from EBSCO's database menu. It covers 160 publications and a small number of peer-reviewed journals.

Web of Science from ISI
In addition to covering over 22,000 journals, ISI's Web of Science covers conference proceedings, patents, and scholarly web content. Virtually all scientific fields of study are included. Web of Science contains the Science Citation Index, Social Sciences Citation Index, and the Arts & Humanities Citation Index and is designed to make it easy for you to determine the authors, institutions and journals most critical to a particular question or area of study by pursuing relevant citations. It also provides full text links to articles in over 10,000 journals.

A scholarly, multi-disciplinary database that searches a total of 10,900 publications including 4,400 peer-reviewed journals. Full text is provided for 5,300 journals.

Merck Manual
Merck manuals provide detailed information on virtually all disorders, complete with discussion of symptoms and current therapy. Three Merck Manuals are provided: The Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy, 1999; The Home Edition providing medical information in everyday language; and The Merck Manual of Geriatrics, 2000.
