MEDLINE with Full Text

Created by the National Library of Medicine, Medline is the premiere medical database. Ebsco's version includes full text for nearly 1,200 of the 5,264 journals indexed in MEDLINE. Search results can be limited by type of research, reviews, and case reports when using the Advanced Search mode.
MEDLINE can also be searched in the NLM's PubMed database which includes "in-process" records for articles that have not yet been entered into MEDLINE. PubMed also covers a broader range of journals, but does not provide full text articles as Ebsco access does.
HealthSource Nursing/Academic Edition

Covers nearly 850 journals from many medical disciplines and provides links to full text articles from nearly 600 scholarly journals.
To include alternative & holistic sources in your search, select AltHealth Watch from EBSCO's database menu. It covers 160 publications including a small number of peer-reviewed journals.
