Requesting Equipment
Online equipment request forms are for faculty and staff use only. Graduate and undergraduate students, please contact the Media Services Department at 344-2967.
In order to serve the high demand for media on campus, it is important that we receive your equipment needs as soon as possible so that we may reserve the equipment for your use.
If you are picking up the equipment from the Media Services Department located in Lane Library, complete the Equipment Reservation Form.
Equipment must be picked-up and returned by the faculty or staff member using it.
If your equipment needs require delivery and/or set-up and pick-up of the equipment, complete the Equipment Set-Up and Pick-Up Form and send it to us at least 72 hours in advance of the date(s) you will need the equipment.
Equipment set-up and pick-up services are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with a minimum of two pieces of equipment.
If you need one of our technical support staff to be on hand for your event, advance notice of 7 days is requested for scheduling. The faculty/staff member making the request for set-up or delivery MUST BE PRESENT at the requested time and location.
