Of the six group study rooms in the renovated Lane Library the two on the first floor are available for reservation. The following table is designed to clarify the procedures governing the use of those rooms. Reservations can be placed in person at the library's Media Services Desk or via the reservation form linked below.

reserve rooms may be taken on a first-come
first-serve basis but patrons must check in at the Media Services Desk.

Length of Reservation 2 hours
Hold Time 15 minutes
Miscellaneous Any reservation not honored after 15 minutes will result in the room being allocated on a first-come first-serve basis.

Rules for Group Study Rooms

1. No food, drinks only in covered containers
2. Do not leave belongings unattended
3. Groups of two or more garner preference, single persons are required to relinquish occupancy to groups.

If multiple rooms are single-occupied, rooms will be relinquished to groups via room number order, low to high.
