Complaints Regarding Lane Library
Anyone wishing to make a formal complaint about the library environment and/or library services may do so by sending an email or a letter to the University Librarian, Mr. Doug Frazier.
In accordance with Armstrong’s Policy & Guidelines for Student Complaints we ask that the letter or email include the date of the complaint, the writer’s first and last name, his/her Student ID (if applicable), a description of the situation prompting the complaint, and contact information. The University Librarian will respond promptly to complaints.
